International Medicine Group
Admission calendar

Four intakes per cycle.
Four real closings.

The supply of international medical school seats in Europe is finite and shared across all countries of origin. Each intake represents a real closing — either IMG reaches its operational capacity, or partner universities close their enrolment windows. The earlier the intake, the broader the choice.

The four intakes

Every closing has its reason.
And its benefits.

Intakes are ordered by closing date. Completed intakes stay visible so you can see the full picture of the cycle.

  3. Later this cycleClosing · 1 Jun 2027

    Spring Intake

    Full catalogue

Third closing of the cycle. This is when international demand peaks: national admission results across Europe land in May–June and seats fill quickly.

  4. Later this cycleClosing · 24 Jul 2027

    Final Intake

    Last open route

Last closing of the cycle. Only the university with the latest deadline remains open; the rest have already closed by calendar.

Why intakes close

Two verifiable reasons.

Nothing in this calendar is arbitrary. Each closing is driven by one of these two reasons — often by both at the same time.

1 · IMG operational capacity

Sworn translations, legalisations, mock exams, coordination of remote entrance exams through the IMG Admissions Program and housing matchmaking. Every intake has a finite cap of families we can support with quality. When it's full, we close.

2 · Real university deadlines

Each university publishes its own enrolment, exam and documentation deadlines. As the cycle progresses, some stop accepting candidates. That's why later intakes include fewer universities — only those whose doors are still open.

4

intakes per academic cycle. Each one closes for real, either by operational capacity or by a university's own deadline.

Europe-wide

pool of international medical seats. National results in any one country don't reopen seats — they're shared across all applicants from every country of origin.

17 / ~500

families supported in the current cycle. Each year we guide around 500 families to their international seat.
